Whatfix was founded by Khadim Batti and Vara Kumar in April 2013 having its offices in India and USA. The idea for Whatfix culminated from their practical problem of hand-holding users in their first undertaking. The solution paved the way to create Whatfix, which now helps companies accelerate user performance and product adoption globally.
